2 cups diced butternut, peeled
1 cup cheese
Black pepper
Parsley
1 Tbsp butter
½ cup frozen mixed vegetables
Boil gem squash until ready.
Remove seeds.
Cook together the butter and mixed vegetables add butter and aromat.
Add butternut filling into gem squash.
Add cheese on top by sprinkling it over the gem squash.
Bake 180 C for 25 minutes until cheese melts.
