MELT THESE 2 INGREDIENTS ON A LOW HEAT UNTIL IT STARTS BUBBLING.
TAKE 2 CUPS GRATED OR MINCED GINGER AND STRAIN OUT ALL THE WATER. THEN BRAISE IN ¾ CUP GHEE, ONCE ITS BRAISED ADD TO GHOR MIXTURE.
ADD AHARYO, KUS KUS, ½ GRATED FRESH COCONUT TO ABOVE MIXTURE. CONTINUE BRAISING ON A LOW HEAT AND ADD ½ CUP DRY GINGER POWDER.
LASTLY ADD BADAAM AND PISTAS.
SET IN PLATTER AND CUT INTO SQUARES.
