Glocumole Recipe

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados peeled depicted

1 small red/purple onion chopped

salt black pepper to taste

1 tblsp freshly squeezed lemon juice or lemon juice to taste

finely chopped coriander parsley for garnish

Directions

Method

in a bowl, mash the avocados using a fork. add the chopped onions and seasoning. Add lemon juice to taste. Garnish with chopped coriander/parsley. Serve with corn chips or nachos or as a dip or enjoy as a spread on toasted bread of your choice. You can garnish with any of the following to add extra flavour & colour, diced purple /red onions, lemon wedges, diced red pepper
