Marinade chicken pieces of your choice overnight with the following ingredients:
85g plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
2 tablespoon garlic
2 tablespoon ginger
2 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoon oil
2½ tsp salt
2 tsp chilli powder based on preference
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp fennel power
1 tsp mustard sauce
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp paprika
1tsp turmeric
¼ tsp black pepper
Cut seasonal vegetables in cubes:
Butternut
Carrots
Potatoes
Pumpkin}
(Can either be mixed with marinade over night or added before cooking.)
This can be cooked in the oven or airfried (based on preference)
Cook on low or medium heat.
Cooking time: 35 minutes.
Garnish with mint or coriander.
Serve with garlic naan
