500g tiny beans
250g chicken or mutton
2 medium onion
3 Tbsp ghee
½ tsp coarse red chillies
1 ½ tsp dhana jeeru
1 tsp ground red chillies or 1 tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp arad
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp salt
2 tomatoes.
Wash thoroughly and break each one into ½.
Place into pot with water and boil for +- 20 minutes until soft adding more water if necessary.
Drain excess water.
Finely slice onions and fry in ghee until light brown.
Add spices and braises for 30 seconds.
Add washed meat pieces, and cook, until ¾ done.
Grind tomatoes and add
Add tiny beans
Cook until oil separates from chutney
Serve with roti.
