REMEDIES FOR ASTHMA

REMEDY 1

1 BOX THYME

1 BOX PLANTAIN

1 BOX STINGING NETTLE

THESE ARE ALL NATURAL HERBS THAT YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM ANY HEALTH STORE OR DISCHEM PHARMACIES.

METHOD

MIX ALLTHESE 3 HERBS TOGETHER.

TAKE 1 ½ TSP OF THESE HERBS AND LET IT STAND IN 1 CUP BOILING WATER FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES.

HAVE AT LEAST 5 CUPS PER DAY.

REMEDY 2

TAKE THE YELLOW SKIN OF THE CHICKEN THE GIBLET PART, SOAK IN SALTED WATER AND DRY IN THE SUN.

ONCE IT’S DRY, GRIND IT AND TAKE ABOUT 2 TBLSP AND MIX WITH 1 CUP HONEY. STORE IN A CONTAINER AND HAVE 1 TSP 2 X A DAY.

REMEDY FOR WHITE LIVER.

CUT AND RUB THE PURPLE ONION ON AFFECTED PARTS.

REMEDY FOR BOILS.

ZAMBUK AND BROWN SUGAR MIXED INTO A PASTE AND APPLIED ON THE BOIL WORKS WONDERS.
