Herbs that help with infections

Warning:
Never use any plant as a tea unless you are 100% sure of its identification. you are strongly advised to consult a Doctor before treating yourself or your family with home remedies.

 

 

Basil (detoxing and anti inflammatory)
1/4 cup of fresh leaves
1 cup boiling water

add boiling water to leaves and let it stand for 3 to 5 min. strain and sip slowly.

Celery (Urinary antiseptic)

1 tsp of seeds
1 cup boiling water

add boiling water to seeds and let it stand for  5 min.  sip slowly. chew the seeds.

Green tea (clear mouth infections)

1/4 Cup dried leaves
1 cup boiling water

add boiling water to dry leaves and let it stand for 5 min. strain and sweeten with honey  sip slowly.

Linseed (bladder and kidney ailments)

2 tsp seeds crushed
1 cup boiling water

add boiling water to crushed seeds and let it stand for 5 min. stir well.

Parsley (acute conditions)

1/4 cup fresh sprigs
1 cup of boiling water

add boiling water to sprigs and let it stand for 5 min.   sip slowly.

Rose and Rosehip (stress, tension, indigestion, insomnia)

1/2 cup of dried crushed hips
3 cups of water

15 min with the lid on
top up the water to the 3 cups if it boils away.

Goldenrod anti inflammatory cystitis tea

1/4 cup fresh or dried goldenrod flowers
pour overs this 1 1/2 cups of boiling water
add 1/4 cup of lucrene sprigs
3 slices of ginger root
3 pennywort

stand minutes strain then add juice of 1/2 lemon
sweetened with honey if liked and drink 1/2 cup warmed , 3 times during the day.
