Ingredients (makes 1 jug)
½ cup water
½ cup sugar/honey
1 ½ cups frozen strawberries
Juice of 2 to 3 lemons
4 cups cold water
Mint Leaves
Combine ½ cup water with the sugar/honey and cook till a smooth syrup is formed. Set aside in the fridge till cooled completely. Blend the frozen strawberries with sugar syrup and 1 cup cold water till smooth. Pour into a jug. Add the lemon juice and 3 cups cold water on top. Stir & adjust lemon quantity as per your liking. Serve cold over some ice, lemon wedges and mint leaves.
