A Hindu doctor has earned much praise for helping a dying Muslim patient recite her Kalima before she passed away at a hospital in Kerala’s Palakkad district.
Rekha Krishna says she noticed that the patient, who had been on a ventilator for over two weeks, was struggling with something.
Then, she said, she slowly recited kalima in her ears as she could see the patient taking her final breath.
Radio Islam spoke to Rekha who says it was nothing special but just an act for humanity.
