RECIPE 1

Ingredients

1 bottle Blue Seal Vaseline

1 bottle each of Peppermint, eucalyptus and pine essential oils

Method

Melt bottle of Blue Seal Vaseline in a pot on a very low heat.

As soon as Vaseline is melted add 4 drops of each essential oil in melted Vaseline, stirring continuously.

Bottle and seal. Use as required.

RECIPE 2

Ingredients

1 bottle coconut oil

Essential oils of choice like peppermint, eucalyptus, pine, thyme etc

Method

Melt coconut oil and add 3 to 4 drops of each essential oil and stir. Cool and store. Use when necessary.

RECIPE 3

Ingredients

½    teaspoon eucalyptus essential oil
1/8 teaspoon peppermint essential oil
1/8 teaspoon rosemary essential oil
¼ cup olive oil

Mix ingredients together in a glass bottle. Use when necessary.

RECIPE 4

Ingredients

1 tub/jar of Blue Seal Vaseline

1 small bottle of Vicks

1 small tin Zambuk

Method

Melt all 3 ingredients in a small pot.

When cool bottle and store. Use when necessary.
