This is incredible: brew enough tea bags to cover a considerable area of the sunburn and ice down to get the tea really cold. Place the cold, wet tea bags and/or a rag drenched in the tea over the affected area, keeping the bags and rags cold. If you can submerge the burned part of the body, do so into the tea. Do this for at least one hour as often as you can (3 or so times a day) until it fades. This works for second and third degree burns as well and will prohibit scarring! The tea works as an antioxidant and pulls the heat out of your body. It stops the pain temporarily also.
This will work for sunburns or any other kinds of burn…apply regular yellow mustard to the burn. Once it dries, wash it off and this will prevent it from blistering. It really does work. I have trusted in this remedy since I was a teenager.

Something that works well, gets rid of sunburn nearly overnight, reducing it to a tan is Vitamin E 'oil' you can get at most drug stores. It is over the counter and intended to reduce things like scars, and wrinkles. Works well on burns, just be sure to clean it off well or next you'll be looking up remedies for acne!
Easy and so soothing. Take regular black tea bags and soak them in a bowl of COOL, not cold, water to release the natural tannic acid. Stand nude in the shower and gently squeeze each bag (may be used several times before disposal) directly over the burned, stinging skin as many times as you like. DO NOT RINSE OFF THE TEA! You will immediately feel so much relief. After awhile, carefully smooth pure (not bottled) aloe gel over the burned skin and can take an OTC pain reliever containing Ibuprofen. I swear this works wonders.
