Question: After getting married, does a lady read full Salaah or Qasar Salaah at her parent’s home?

Answer: After a woman gets married, her husband’s home becomes her new place of residence.

When traveling to her parent’s home, if it is 78 kilometers or more from the boundary of the suburb where she resides to the residence of her parents, then she will be considered a traveler if she intends to stay there less than 15 days.

In that instance, she will make Qasr and perform two rakaats salaah in Zohar, Asr and Esha.
