Ingredient
½ kilo chicken Fillet
1 medium onion ½ cup lemon juice
2 tblsp Olive oil
1 tsp crushed garlic
2 tsp ground green chillies
1 ½ tsp crushed jeeru
1 tsp crushed dhana
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup fresh parsley finely chopped
¼ cup fresh dhania leaves finely chopped
1. Cut fillet into cubes
2. Process onion lemon juice olive oil garlic and pour into a bowl
3. Add spices parsley and coriander leaves to onion marinade
4. Combine marinade and fillet and leave overnight
5. Thread 2/3 pieces of chicken cubes onto a toothpick or on a long skewer
6. Cook on a non stick pan or barbecue until done
