Kajoor chutney Recipe

3/4 cup dates (chopped)
3/4 cup meebos (chopped)
1 cup white vinegar
Soak overnight in a container which should be covered
The next day, liquidize the above with
2 handfuls of whole red chillies (must be thoroughly washed in hot water)
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp salt

Once liquidized pour into a dish and add. 1 bottle tomato sauce (700ml). * try to use wellingtons or all gold tomato sauce. Make a Vagaar with tal, raai and limri. Add to chutney, mix well, serve and enjoy..
