¼ CUP LEMON JUICE
4 TBLSP STEERS HOT PERI PERI SAUCE OR ANY PERI PERI SAUCE OF YOUR CHOICE
METHOD
• WASH AND DRAIN PRAWNS
• MARINATE PRAWNS WITH SPICES
• SAUTE PRAWNS IN BUTTER UNTIL IT CHANGES COLOUR
• COMBINE INGREDIENTS FOR SAUCE AND ALLOW TO SIMMER ON A LOW HEAT
• POUR SAUCE OVER PRAWNS AND ALLOW TO COOK FOR A FEW MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
