INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken fillet sliced into thickish fingers
1 – 2 tsp salt to taste
4 tblsp lemon juice
4 tblsp semolina
2 tsp crushed red chillies
2tsp red chillie powder
½ tsp black pepper
Pinch of turmeric/arad
2 tsp ground garlic
Sesame seeds
METHOD
Make a paste with marked ingredients. Marinate chicken with paste and leave for a few hours. Sprinkle sesame seeds over chicken. Place onto a tray and put pieces of butter onto chicken pieces.
Cover with foil and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove foil and allow to redden slightly. Serve with chips and salads.
