1 cup khus khus wash it nicely through a fine sieve
Add khus khus in a pot with a cup of water and boil for at least 15 minutes
Remove and let it cool and now liquidize till it’s nice and white
Make a nice big onion vagaar When its golden brown in colour braise add green masala, Arad, salt and dry dhana
Add khus khus and cook it nicely till water burns out
Add about 2 or 3 boil eggs chopped in khus khus
Chop green dhana and spring onion Enjoy with fresh hot roti
onion vagaar: onions when they are briased
arad: turmeric
Dhana: dry coriander powder or crushed
green masala: combintaion of green chillies and garlic and coriander leaves mixed together in a food processor
khus khus: poppy seeds
