Lemon Butter Fish Recipe

6 fish fillets fresh or if using the frozen, allow to defrost
Warm a shallow layer of oil in pan, place skin side down, generously sprinkle Robertsons lemon and herb seasoning
Once fish has browned well, turn over and allow other side to brown
Once done, put in a Pyrex or pot
Lemon Butter sauce
4 tblsp of butter/butter with garlic and parsley
4 tblsp lemon juice
1 tsp aromat
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
1 cup fresh cream
Bring to a boil, throw over fish and serve
