1 ½ kg green mangoes
2 tblsp salt
4 tblsp chillies
2 tblsp whole jeera
1 tblsp crushed dhania
3 tblsp methi masala
1 ½ cups sugar
2 cups vinegar
½ cup corn flour/maziena
vagaar
1 ½ cups oil
6 green chiilies slit
8 cloves garlic
2 tblsp mustard seeds
2 bunces curry leaves
1. peel , wash and drain mangoes dry. sprinkle first 2 ingredients over.
2. boil sugar, maziena and vinegar.. stir continously and when it thickens pour over bowl of mangoes
3. fry vagaar ingredients in oil and pour over mangoes.
4. mix well and bottle once cooled.
