Middle Eastern Shish tawook wrap

1 chicken fillet cubed
Place cubed chicken fillets into a bowl with plain Greek yoghurt. Just enough to cover the cubes
Add tumeric to taste and colour
1/2 tspn of cayene pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
Mix well into the chicken
Let it sit for 1 hour
Method:
Chicken cubes are ready to grill. Best on open flame. Get any wrap bread or even a roti. Add sauces that you like on the bread / roti. Place chicken cubes insides. Roll and toast
