Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 Tbsp ghee
¼ cup milk
¼ cup water
Method:
Rub the flour, baking powder, salt and ghee together until fine resembling bread crumbs.
Make a pliable dough with milk and water.
Divide dough into two.
Roll out each dough into two big rotis.
Smear the rotis with ghee and roll each one like a swiss roll.
Cut into 1cm slices and flatten and roll out into small rotis.
Spread out mince filling to which beaten egg is added and cover each roti with another sticking together with water.
Cook on hot griddle (tawa) like roti.
