Ingredients:
1 kg puff pastry
Filling:
1 bunch spinach
250 350g chicken (cubed or flaked)
1 small onion
1 tsp sweet basil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp garlic paste
1Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp oil
White Sauce:
2 Eggs
2 cups milk
2 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp flour
Pepper to taste
1 piece feta cheese
Mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese
Method:
Chop spinach and set aside
Slice onion and fry in butter and oil.
Add garlic, salt and basil
Add chicken and cook until soft
Add spinach and cook quickly
Once cooked, strain mixture in colander until water is drained.
Make sauce:
White sauce and beaten egg before heating mixture in colander cook until it thickens
Add spinach and chicken mixture to white sauce.
Roll out the pastry and place in muffins pans.
Grate cheeses over it and bake at 200 for +- 10 minutes.
Lower heat 180 and bake a further 5 minutes or until done
