Ingredients
2 cups cake flour
1 tsp salt
60g butter
4/5 cups hot water
Method:
Sift flour and salt
Rub butter into flour until it resembles crumbs
Make a well in centre of flour and pour in hot water gradually.
Mix to form soft dough
Rest dough for a ½ an hour.
Make small balls in palm of your hand
Roll out on floured surface and fry in heated pan with butter
Fill with masala steak or chicken and pin with toothpick.
