Ingredients:
2 cups cake flour
1 tsp salt
60g butter
4/5 cup hot water
Method:
Sift flour and salt
Rub butter into flour until it resembles bread crumbs
Make a well in the center of flour and pour in hot water gradually.
Mix to form soft dough
Reset dough for ½ hour
Make small balls in palm of your hand.
Roll out on floured surface and fry in heated pan with butter.
Fill with masala steak, or chicken and pin with tooth picks
