1 cup Moong soak overnight
Wash then place in saucepan add 3 tbsp oil
To saucepan add 2 tsp mustard seeds ,1 tsp turmeric. 2 tsp green Masala. 1 medium onion chopped
Place on low heat n cook adding little water at a time until moong is soft Season
Optional add green chille
Garnish with coriander when cool
Ready to fill
