1 cup mugh
1 big onion
2 or 3 tomatoes (grated)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp arad/turmeric
1 tsp red chillies
1 tsp dry dhana
1 tsp whole jeeru
2 to 3 tblsp ginger-garlic masala
4 tblsp oil
1 cup sour milk
• Boil mugh and remove peels.
• Make vagaar with onion and jeeru
• Once vagaar is done, braise masala and spices.
• Cook for a while and add grated tomato, curry leave and 2 whole green chillies.
• Then add magh which was already boiled.
• Add the sour milk and leave to boil on low heat till thick.
• Garnish with green dhana and serve.
*Boiled egg or chicken fillet can be added but that's optional.
