Honor mobile phone owners can now visit the first Huawei Service store in KwaZulu-Natal, at the Cornubia Mall in Durban for any service related queries, repairs and advice.

With the official launch of the brand in November 2018, Honor consumers are now ensured a full service offering at any of the Huawei Service Centres countrywide including Melrose Arch in Johannesburg and Canal Walk and Somerset, in Cape Town.

Honor CEO Raymond Liu says after-sale service is a key component in keeping customers happy.

Liu says the Service Centres have been designed to incorporate the latest technologies, service and repair, culminating in a seamless experience.

“I’m thrilled that Honor consumers can feel comfortable and at ease when purchasing Honor devices knowing that all their service needs are accessible and conveniently catered for at the Huawei Service Centres.”

Services offered at the centres include quick repairs on site, same day repair service, device training and set up, cover printing and software upgrades amongst others.
