Ingredients :
1 cup caramel
1 cup coconut
½ cup icing sugar
½ cup melted sugar
1 cup pecan nuts
1 cup crushed Marie biscuits
Nuts for decorating
Chocolate for coating
Method :
– Mix melted chocolate together with all other ingredients
– Roll into balls and allow to set in refrigerator
– Dip into chocolate and sprinkle with nuts
– Leave to set
