4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
½ cup oil
½ cup boiling water
2 and half tsps cocoa
pinch of salt
3 tsp coffee stirred into boiling water
2 tsp baking powder
preheat oven to 180dc. grease a bundt tin. tos all ingredients into a bowl and beat for 3 minutes. Bake at approximately 30 minutes. Ice only when completely cooled. Icing recipe. Coffee glaze. 2 tsp coffee granules, 100g icing sugar and about 1 tblsp boiling water to form a paste.
