Chicken
1 kg Chicken Fillets
2 tsp Garlic
2 Tbsp rough red chillies
1 ½ tsp Salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp red masala
Lemon juice
Mix all ingredients and marinate
Cook with oil or butter
Sauce:
2 Tbsp red chutney
8 Tbsp tomato sauce
5 Tbsp mayonnaise
Mix all together
In separate pot braise curry leaves and mustard seeds in little oil. Throw in sauce and mix well. Throw sauce in chicken and let cook for +- 5 min
