Ingredients :
1 chicken and make deep cuts
1 tbsp Portuguese seasoning
juice of 1 lemon
3 tbsp garlic
red rough chillies to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 oz butter
masala to taste
Method :
– Marinate.
– Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes.
