Potato and corn Casserole (31.03.09)


 

½ onion

2 Tbsp butter

4 Cubed potatoes

2 cups whole kernel corn or 2 tins corn

1 cup grated cheese

250ml fresh cream

Salt

Pepper

Green chillies

 

Saute the onions in butter till the colour of the onion changes

Then add cubed potatoes with spices to taste.

When nearly cooked, add corn and cook unitl done.

Remove from stove, cool slightly and add cheese

Mix well and pour into glass bowl.

Pour fresh cream over sprinkle a little grated cheese and mixed herbs or origanum

Bake on 180 C
