Potato and mushroom casserole

Ingredients
1 tray sliced mushrooms
8 potatoes (cut and cubed and boiled)
1 tub fresh cream
1 tsp Peri Peri seasoning
2 big onions (sliced)
3 tblsp oil
Grated cheese
Salt to taste


Method
1. Braise the onions in a pot
2. Add Peri Peri seasoning, salt, ½ cup water and leave to cook
3. Once cooked remove from the stove
4. Layer mushroom filling in a casserole
5. Layer the potatoes over and then pour the fresh cream over the layers.
6. Sprinkle cheese over and bake for 25 minutes in a moderate oven
