Potato cutlets

Ingredients
4 medium sized potatoes
Green chillies grounded
Salt to taste
Pinch Arad
1 tsps dhana jeero (grounded)
Lemon juice
Green Dhana finely chopped (Fresh)

Method
1. Boil potatoes in their jackets till soft and then peel off the skin.
2. Take the potatoes and put them through a mincer, add rest of ingredients and mix well.
3. Form round balls and flatten on a floured board (shape like a cutlet)
4. Dip in egg and bread crumbs
5. Fry in shallow hot oil.
Green chilles and lemon juice add according to taste.

Variation
Potato Bhajias

Use same recipe for potato cutlests
Form into round balls and dip in a bhjia mixture

Mixture

1 cup chana flour
2 tblsps cake flour
½ tsp baking powder
Add water to form nice soft dough

Dip the round Bhajias in dough and fry in hot oil.
