Tal tukra recipe
3cups flour ,tal,jeero ,and green chillies ,
1tsp salt,
1 ¼ tsp baking powder,
¼ pound butter
Mix everything together
Make dough with water Rollout thinly and cut into small cubes and fry in oil Drain on paper towel
Fry pur seperately (i prefer using fatimas pur for this chevro ).
Drain the pur and tal tukra on newspaper and paper towel for about 2to 3 days. Then cut up your nuts in pieces and bake on low in oven. U must use badaam pecans macadamia peanuts cashews sunflower and pumpkin seeds tal saunf and poppy seeds Bake in oven till nice and crispy . Make vagaar with rye and very little oil and throw over above mixture. Mix everything together and season with salt and vinegar spice paprika chillies and aromat Enjoy
