Rose and cardamon semolina porridge (08.06.17)

Half cup semolina/ Tasty wheat
2 cups water ( just enough to cover the semolina)
Dash of coconut milk/milk
Pinch of cardamon
1 T elachi syrup
Half t rose essence
Almonds, coconut, strawberries for topping

Method
Bring the water n milk to heat up. Dilute the semolina in water and pour into heated water mixture. Add the syrup and cardamon. Allow to cook on low heat. Add water if necessary.Once it has thickened serve hot and top with desired toppings. Can be sweetened with sweetner, sugar or condense.For a richer version add nestles cream and condense milk….
