3 cups Rice powder sifted
1 cup sugar
2 cup coconut milk
2 eggs
2 tsp mixes Sesame Seeds
1tsp Cumin seeds
oil for deep frying
Method:
Get batter made from the 1st 6 ingredients. Warm up for Rosette⯠mold in the oil used for deep frying. Place the hot mold into the⯠batter and then deep fry till it’s golden brown and it should let go of your mold. Repeat the process for more.
Tips:āÆ
You can fill these up with chocolate ganache or even something savoury (Mango &Chillie gel)
