Rosette cookies

3 cups Rice powder sifted
1 cup sugar
2 cup coconut milk
2 eggs
2 tsp mixes Sesame Seeds
1tsp Cumin seeds
oil for deep frying

Method:
Get batter made from the 1st 6 ingredients. Warm up for Rosette  mold in the oil used for deep frying. Place the hot mold into the  batter and then deep fry till it’s golden brown and it should let go of your mold. Repeat the process for more.

Tips: 
You can fill these up with chocolate ganache or even something savoury (Mango &Chillie gel)
