500g chicken fillet strips
1 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly gorund pepper
1 Tbsp garlic Masala
2 Tbap garlic masala
2 Tbsp red jelapeno sauce
2 Tbsp steers peri peri sauce
1 tsp dhana jeeroo
2 Tbsp olive oil
Method:
Make a marinade for the chicken, by mixing all the ingredients together
Grill chicken strips and set aside.
Wrap or Tortilas
½ cup sesame seeds, roasted and cooled
3 cups flour
2 Tbsp baking powder ¼ tsp salt
4 Tbsp butter
+- 1 cup warm water
Method:
Combine sesame seeds, flour, baking powder and slat in a large bowl. Rub in butter to make fine bread crumbs. Add water to make dough.
Cover up wrap for 30 min. Divide into 12 pieces and roll out to form each thin rotis.
Grill each roti's on frying and specks form, then turn over and cook on the other side till lightly brown.
Cover and put aside, keeping warm.

Potatoes made into chips, seasons with salt and bar b que spice
Green shredded salad
Grated cheddar cheese
Nando's perinaise
To Assemble:
Lay out each tortilla at a time, spreading with perinaise, followed by strips of chicken and chips. Add salad and cheese and extra perinaise, if desired. Add roll up place in foil and keep warm in the oven. Serve Hot.
