Salt and pepper chicken or chops

Ingredients

1 Chicken jointed or 1 kg chicken fillets
1 Onion saute in approximately 4 tblsp of ghee

Method

To the chicken add a few pieces of tuj and a few whole black peppercorns. Â½ grated onion, salt to taste,
½ tsp ground black pepper,
2 heaped tblsp mayonnaise,
¼ tsp garlic salt
½ tsp crushed garlic
2 tblsp lemon juice
1 ½ tsp aromat
½ tsp garlic pepper
2 heaped tblsp steers chicken marinade
1 tsp mustard powder.
Marinate chicken for about ½ hour
Add chicken to saute onion and let cook
