Salt and Pepper Leg Roast Recipe

Clean the leg trim off all fat and extra skin. Make insertions through the meat all over the leg to stuff the marinade.
In a bowl add
Oil
Finely chopped onion
Finely chopped garlic
Finely chopped thyme
Salt and pepper
Marinade it onto the leg and into the insertions,Than stick springs of rosemary in too.
Add 1 cup water to roasting pan
Cover with foil
Cook till done
A 3 kg leg takes between 2 n 3 hrs at 180
