1 back or front leg
1 onion (grated)
3 whole green chillies
1 tsp mustard powder
5 cloves garlic
Few whole black peppercorns
5 tblsp white vinegar
Marinate leg in the above ingredients, put on low heat and cook slowly. Once meat is nice and tender add 3 tblsp worster sauce and ¼ Ib Butter. Leave to cook till nice and brown. Before serving, sprinkle with black pepper and serve with vegies.
