Take 1 kalejie and cube in small pieces and soak in cold water for about 1/2 hour .Rinse and drain in colander Meanwhile make a nice onion vagaar with ghee/oil mix,whole jeero ,few green whole chillies Once vagaar is made add kaleji with red ginger masala a little green masala ,salt ,dry dhana ,pinch arad let it cook nicely till water burns out Then add 2or 3 nice red tomatoes grated. Let cook nicely Add chopped dhana and serve with hot rotis
