Boil together
3/4 cup water
1 cup milk with 50g butter. Cool till lukewarm
Take 3 cups plain flour salt to your taste, make a soft dough with the milk, add milk slowly ,u may not need all, knead really well, cover leave to rest 30min, roll out into round pooris, or roll out 1 big circle cut into squares don’t roll out very thin, deep fry in medium hot oil…This dough can be kept in the fridge overnight next day take it out a few hours b4 use, puree comes out really nice.
