Sehri must have
¼ cup mixed seeds (till poppy seeds)
1 cup mixed nuts nibbed (almonds pecans cashew pista)
3 cup semolina
2 cups dedicated coconut
400g ghee or butter
500g klim
1 cup icing sugar
¼ tsp nutmeg
2 tsp elachi powder
1 tsp rose ess
3 tins condensed milk
Method
Dry fry nuts n seeds
Add semolina ghee or butter and braise till golden add coconut braise a little
Remove from heat add rest icing sugar flavouring condensed milk

Mix well scoop ice cream scoop or golf ball sized ladoo (roll in coconut optional
Cool and serve one in the morning
