South Africans Urged To Be More Cautious As Covid Variants Travel Very Fast Across The World

South Africans are holding their collective breath for the possibility of a third wave of Covid-19 infections hitting the country as we move into winter.

With the sword of Damocles hanging over our heads, we can use all the expertise available.

Doctors without Borders learned valuable lessons during the devastating second Covid-19 wave from their experiences in seven South Africa’s hospitals in three provinces, and in neighbouring Lesotho.

Radio Islam spoke to Dr Rachel Tullet, the medical coordinator for MSF’s Covid-19 response in South Africa.
