1 cup boiled spaghetti
1 cup mashed potatoes
1 cup frozen vegetables
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup diced chicken breast
Method:
Combine all the ingredients together and mix well.
Form the mixture into small round or square cutlets.
Dip in egg, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in shallow oil until they are golden brown in color. Serve warm with chutneys.
