1 ¾ cup self raising flour
1 tsp salt
½ tsp crushed garlic
½ tsp crushed green chilies
¼ yoghurt
½ cup warm water
Method:
•Mix together salt, green chillies, garlic and yoghurt.
•Add water a little at a time to make a soft dough
•Knead and leave dough to rest for an hour.
•Divide dough into 8 pieces and roll out into rounds
•Place roties on a tray and bake in a pre heated oven until light brown.
•Remove from oven and brush with garlic butter
