½ kg rump steak cut in strips
Marinate with a tsp of each of the following :
- salt,
- black pepper,
- steak and chops spice,
- barbeque spice,
- mustard powder,,
- lemon juice,
- garlic flakes,
- garlic salt
- dry ginger
Warm ghee and oil in pot and add above ingredients with steak and cook until halfway done. Then cube one large onion, one large tomatoe and one large green pepper. Add to steak and cook till veggies are cooked. Lastly add 2 tblsp each of chilli garlic sauce, tomatoe sauce, crystal sauce, and worcester sauce. Cook for awhile and serve with potatoe chips. Spice chips with salt vinegar and red chiillies. Put chips at the bottom of the platter and steak on top of chips and serve with pitas.
