8 cups flour
2 tsp salt
1 pkt instant yeast
4 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp vinegar
¾ cup oil
1 ½ cups milk (warm)
½ cup water (warm)

Method:
Mix the flour, salt, yeast and sugar in a dish, make a well in the centre and add the vinegar and oil. Make the dough with warm water and milk. Knead well, let rise for 1 ½ hours and punch down. Roll out little rotis and fill with steak filling. Fold into a long roll. Place on a tray and brush with egg and Tal. Let rise and bakeat 180 for +- 20 minutes. While warm brush with oil. Cover
