Ingredients :
1 kg steak mince
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
8 slices bread (dampened)
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 onion (grated)
salt and green chillies to taste
Method :
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl.
Mix well and roll into balls.
Flatten on palm of hand and dip into egg white and fry.
